PRINCE2 Foundation
For those who need a good understanding of the PRINCE2 methodology so that they can confidently operate in a PRINCE2 environment. Team Managers and Team Members will benefit along with Project Support staff. Senior, Project Board, members can be certified to this level – they require a good understanding of the methodology but not the detailed application given at Practitioner level.
This is a 3 day training class which includes the PRINCE2 Foundation exam
PRINCE2 Practitioner
For those who will take responsibility for leading projects and tailoring them to different circumstances. Project and Program managers benefit from the in-depth understanding and skills gained from Practitioner training.
This is a 2 day training class and has to be taken after the Foundation course. It is usually taken as a combined, 5 day, Foundation and Practitioner course and includes the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
PRINCE2 Re-Registration
For those who have qualified as a PRINCE2 Registered Practitionnr and now need to re-certify. You will attend Days 4 and 5 of the Practitioner course. We will provide detailed information on what has changed in the new PRINCE2:2009 version and practice questions to get you ready for the Objective Testing style of Practitioner exam.

Every Advantage Learning trainer is an experienced PRINCE2 project manager who has successfully managed projects from start-up to completion. Before selection, trainers need to pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam with a higher pass mark than standard delegates. After a period of intensive training they deliver a session to an examiner and then undergo rigorous cross examination on the details of the PRINCE2 methodology. At Advantage, trainers also carry out a further period of study and delivery of practice sessions and all instructors are subject to a policy of continuous improvement.

If your organization requires training for more than 4 persons we can deliver a course at your premises saving your staff travelling time and accommodation expenses. We will schedule one of our experienced PRINCE2 Instructors and manage all the travel and accomodation so you get a course at a time and location that is most convenient to you.
