MSP Passport is accredited by the APM Group to support self-study distance learning for the MSP Foundation and Practitioner exams. This self-study option aims to provide you with a straight forward route to becoming a fully certificated Registered MSP Practitioner in your own time and at your own pace, and is available as a stand-alone CD.

Overview

MSP Passport includes 16 learning modules, each containing interactive lessons with features that include virtual characters, simulated examinations, adaptive feedback on tests, a book-marking facility and personal profile to track your progress. An additional exams module provides candidates with tools to prepare for the Foundation and Practitioner exams.

MSP Passport is accredited by APM Group which confirms that this product meets the high standard set by the UK Government's accreditor.

Available on CD-ROM, MSP Passport facilitates study to the APM Group Foundation and Practitioner level examinations. A separate 2-day MSP Advanced Practitioner instructor led Workshop takes Delegates through to the Advanced Practitioner level.

How long should you study for?

To complete the Foundation level study, 30 hours is recommended to be given to the study. Foundation and Practitioner levels require around 50 hours to be committed to the learning. This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the CD, reference to the MSP Manual and other documentation, and completion of the Practical Tasks. Depending on other commitments, you will require anything from 4 weeks to 12 months to complete this learning.

Purchasing this product provides you with a license to use MSP Passport for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. During this period the product is supported to ensure that the content is consistent with the MSP syllabus. The license can be extended for an additional 12 months for 50% of the published price at the time of renewal. Foundation and Practitioner can be purchased along with MSP Passport or they can be taken through British Council offices worldwide.

How do I take MSP Exams?

If your organization is purchasing 5 or more licenses Advantage Learning will certify one of your colleagues as an approved Proctor and you can take the exams at your own location.

You can also book your exams directly with the official accreditor for MSP; APMG. APMG have different arrangements depending on country. In the USA and Canada exams can be taken through the public library system or at approved testing centers. In other countries, the British Council often provide an exam service.

Multi-user license options

MSP Passport is supplied on CD-ROM for each individual. If required, MSP Passport can be installed onto a client's existing SCORM compliant Learning Management System (if available).
