When we asked our friends and customers about Agile Project Management we got a huge response. Lots came to an Advantage Learning "Pint and Project" networking event to learn more.
For me, one of the key takeaways was that Agile does not replace PRINCE2. I learned that Agile project management is both a way of approaching your projects and a lot of great delivery techniques which work fine with PRINCE2's management approach.
