Advantage Learning has joined with leading Best Practice training and consulting organizations to improve standards for the industry. ASPECT - the Association for the Promotion of Excellence in Consultancy and Training is a joint initiative by some of the best training organizations to raise 
standards and improve transparency. Advantage Learning is proud to be a Founding Member of ASPECT.

ASPECT quality standards
To qualify for ASPECT membership organizations must meet and maintain high professional standards including:
- Expertise and experience - ASPECT members must show 5 years of experience as an accredited training or consulting organization as a prerequisite
- Maximum class sizes - so you get time with the trainer and the chance to ask questions
- Light, spacious training room - the course is intense, you need to be comfortable
- Professional integrity - advertised courses must be real and genuine events with a firm intention that they will run
