Agile Pint and Project
Over 50 PMs attended the Agile Pint and Project. Trainer Ray gave a fascinating presentation during which:
- Agile myths got busted
- We heard about the Moscow and Standup techniques
- Learned the Cheese and Pizza diagram
- Then met the Agile Snowman...
There were some really good questions and lively discussion about how to apply Agile to our current and future projects
As usual, our Pint and Project finished off with a drink and some networking in the bar afterwards.
